I'm working on the next update, I promise I am!!! It's summer so that means my kiddies are home with me. I love them dearly, but they are attention suckers at times and we already know my focus is scattered at best. With them home it's even worse. LOL Anyway, I have started the next update, I just need to find the time, and brain power to finish writing it.
Until then wanted to give you guys a sneak peek at Amari's new house. It's a game house, it came with Generations. It's the Kid Friendly, Mother Approved house.
Before:
It's still a work in progress. So far I've only redone the main living area consisting of a new foyer area and an open concept living/dining area.
Exterior
Foyer
View as you walk into living room
Other living room views
Dining area
Kitchen
The house is gorgeous! And the time thing is completely understandable. It's summer. I think a lot of stuff gets in the way at this time :( Hopefully you'll find some time soon. Until then. I'll be waiting impatiently :P
ReplyDeletethanks! It's a slow work in progress. those are the only rooms done completely. I've reconfigured the master bed and bath, but it still needs work and furnishings. The other bedrooms and baths as well. That house has HORRIBLE wallpaper throughout. EA's interior design at it's finest. LOL
DeleteYeah, summer, my kiddies = not much quiet time for thinking. I'll get back to it soon, it's partially written, I just need to finish it off.
thanks for waiting impatiently :P
I really love what you did to this house. Don't worry too much about it, our kids are young for such a short period of time before they are grown up. My eldest will be turning 20 this September, and it only seems like a few weeks ago that I was bringing him home from the hospital.
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's a very slow work in progress. It's true, they only stay young for so long. :( Aww...20, my eldest turned 18 in August. It was crazy to think of her as an official adult.
DeleteHopefully I'll have an update soon for you guys.
thanks for hanging in there with me.
Aww... You did an amazing job with the house... I also love to play with it and never redo the interior... Only the garage.. hehe...
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm still slowly working on the other rooms and will reveal them all soon.
DeleteLove!
ReplyDeleteI luv the new house. Also I am so sorry for not commenting on your older post. I have been on vacation and just got back to update myself on all the stories. Though have to say everything that has happened so far has been shocking to say the least. ^^ I am a Mulo fan so I have been crossing my fingers for him to be end game. However Marcus is a nice and despite the situation is not completely at fault. I do wish he and Amari would come to an understanding. He has made mistakes and nearly married a witch that was dangerous. So for him to threaten to take the kids (mentally) was wrong. Beside I really can't see him in a court room with the who vampire thing and all. lol I do want him to be happy but the heat between Mulo and Amari is undeniable. They remind me (a little bit :3) of Daijah V's After Midnight Kaya and Caleb. Its like they are soulmates and maybe they won't be together in this lifetime but in another who knows. I admit there are many issues but I hope everything works out. Not sure where you intend to take us next but so far you have me trapped. Thanks Jazen you are a wonderful writer. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you like the house. I've finished it up so we'll see the finished product in the next update. No worries on comments, life happens. :) A lot has gone on with Amari and the gang for sure. She never has a moment to breathe. Mulo has a lot of fans rooting for him to get the girl in the end. It's still up in the air right now. Marcus has made mistakes, Flo wouldn't have been a threat to the kids though. She didn't like kids, but she would have never harmed them had things worked out differently. It's a tangled situation with the three of them and hopefully they can work something out. There is a pull with Amari and Mulo that can't be denied or explained. That pull is why Marcus is having such a hard time right now. I'm not sure where I intend to go either LOL but thanks for coming along for the ride. :)
Deletethanks for reading
There are so many personal touches added and visual details that it practically looks like a real life house
ReplyDeleteAww thank you. Over the years I've tried to get more detailed with my decorating. Well at least sometimes. It depends on my mood. I wanted her to have a nice cozy place to call home so I'm happy I accomplished that.
